What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car with GoCar, you'll need to provide a valid driver's license, a credit/debit card for payment and incidentals, as well as proof of insurance. These documents are necessary to ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental experience, so be sure to have them handy when you book your reservation.

Is insurance included in the rental price?

No, insurance is typically not included in the rental car price.

It's important to review your own insurance policy and any coverage provided by your credit card company to understand your existing coverage before deciding to rent with GoCar.

Can I extend my rental?

For rental extensions, simply extend your rental using your smart phone or contact our customer support team to discuss options and availability, ensuring flexibility and convenience for your continued journey.

Are miles unlimited?

Yes.

Is the security deposit refundable?

Yes, the security deposit is generally refunded within 24 hours of the GoCar being returned, unless there are damages. Each damage situation will be assessed individually.

What is the GoCar pickup location?

Can a GoCar be returned at other locations?

Not at this time, but we will be expanding our operations soon.

Are after hour pickup and drop offs available?

Absolutely! With our self-service model, after-hour pick-up and drop-offs are available for your convenience. This means you can access your rental vehicle outside of traditional business hours, offering flexibility and freedom to fit your schedule seamlessly. Simply use our user-friendly app or designated kiosks to complete the process effortlessly, making your rental experience hassle-free.

Do you deliver GoCars to customers?

Not at this time.

Does the GoCar need to be returned with gas?

Yes. We ask for the GoCar to be returned in the same condition that it was found - Full of gas.

Do I need to clean the GoCar before it being returned?

Yes. We ask that the GoCar be returned in the same condition that it was found. No garbage or excessive dirtiness will be allowed. There will be a charge against the security deposit to cover the added expense to clean the GoCar. Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is smoking allowed in a GoCar?

Nope. Any signs of smoking in a GoCar will be an automatic surrender of the full security deposit.
