Step 1: Reservation & Payment Information
Reservation: Customers make a reservation online through our website, selecting their desired vehicle, rental dates, and any additional options.
Payment: Customers provide payment information securely during the booking process, ensuring a seamless transaction.
Refundable Deposit: Customers temporarily provide funds upfront, which are returned upon completion of the rental period, ensuring accountability and covering any potential damages or fees. Credit & Debit cards accepted.
*Please note that reservations are not confirmed until payment is received, ensuring a seamless process and availability for your desired rental.
Step 2: Vehicle Pickup
Vehicle Pickup: At vehicle pickup, customers receive a randomized key code for a lock-box mounted on their reserved vehicle containing the keys, ensuring secure access and convenience for a smooth rental experience.
Step 3: Usage & Return
Usage: Customers use the vehicle for the duration of their rental period, enjoying the flexibility and convenience of self-service access.
Vehicle Return: At the end of the rental period, customers return the vehicle to the designated drop-off location, resetting the lock-box with the keys inside. Please remember to return each vehicle with a full tank of gas.
Step 4: Billing & Feedback
Billing: The rental fees are automatically processed at time of reservation based on the rental duration. Any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be charged to the payment information on file or withheld from the security deposit.
Feedback: Customers have the option to provide feedback on their rental experience, helping the rental company improve its services.
